HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Standard Shipping Methods: (USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground) We process orders between the hours of 9am and 5pm AZST, daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Typically, orders can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to leave our facility, depending upon current order volume. During large promotions/sales, there may be additional delays. Expedited Shipping Methods: (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3-Day Select) Orders received before 9AM AZST will ship same day. Any orders received after 9AM AZST will be processed on the following business day Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. UPS does not deliver expedited orders on weekends!

DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES) SHIPPING OPTIONS:
UPS Expedited Options: (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3-Day Select): Transit times are between 1-3 Business Days, depending on the option you choose. Please keep in mind that UPS does not make deliveries on Expedited packages on Saturdays or Sundays!
UPS Ground: Transit times are typically 2-6 Business Days from the completion of order processing. UPS does not deliver residential package on Saturdays, so please take that into consideration when ordering. All packages are insured and full tracking is available via UPS.com
Standard Shipping: Transit times are typically 2-3 Business Days from the completion of order processing. USPS Priority Mail does deliver on Saturdays and tracking is available via USPS.com.
WHAT ARE MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS?
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:
International Shipping times can be affected by customs processing in the destination country which are outside of our control. We do our best to arrange for timely international shipping by making sure we submit the proper documentation. Please be aware, we are required to include the Value of our items on all shipments and cannot mark shipments as Gifts. Any orders returned to sender will be refunded for the items only; postage costs are non-refundable for International orders.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sign in to your account on the Olivia Noire website. Click on My Account and View Order History. From here, you can track your package. Please keep in mind that packages are not scanned by UPS & USPS until the end of each day so it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
If you do not have an account, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your orders ships. Use the following links below the shipping method selected at checkout and input your tracking number for the most up to date shipping status.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you are local to the Phoenix area, you are welcome to arrange for local pick up from our warehouse. Simply select local pickup at check out, and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of time & arrange to pick up your products or to try things on. Please include the best phone number to reach you at, and we will call to schedule a time and location for local pick up.
